Turnaround Times
Our 'turnaround times' are calculated based on the number of days required to produce your order and our standard operational hours from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
The day you place your order is not included in this timeframe; this exclusion allows our order processing department sufficient time to review and ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
The 'due date' for your specific order can be found on the invoice sent to you via email as an attachment. For orders being shipped, please allow an additional 1-2 days to receive your shipping notification and tracking number.
If you need your order more urgently, please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss priority processing options, which may incur a Rush Rate fee.
Turnaround times are subject to change, any adjustments will be communicated through our Roes ordering software before you place an order, or directly to you if there are any delays with your current order.
