Atkins Labcast Episode 5 - Ragne Sigmond

Range Sigmond is a photographic artist and educator based in Denmark. Ragne's work is visually varied, but always laced with meaning and beauty. She discusses with Paul many of her unique techniques, painting with light and layering photos, outside of Photoshop in fascinating ways. Like the rest of the world, Ragne is currently in lockdown, but she has not stopped producing work, her series on Covid19 speak about isolation, claustrophobia and health. She also talks about how to keep working, even when you aren't making great things. A terrific show to watch as we show her work as we talk. The pieces we discuss are also on our website.
