Refine Workshop

I am the luckiest duck. This week I headed over to Emerald, Victoria, in the Dandenong to support a workshop for wedding photographers. I drove because there were a lot of samples and gifts and stuff to take.

The workshop was run by Danelle Bohane, Cassandra Ladru and Janneke Storm, three of the most talented wedding photographers at the top of their game.

Refine was held at the amazing Mont Du Soleil chateau just out of Emerald. The house itself is only 20 years old, and was gathered together by its creators to stand as a photogenic wonder, a stage if you will, to film on.

The aim of the workshop was to lift attendees confidence and brands by leading through all of the aspects of running a first rate wedding photography business. All three speakers spoke from the heart and worked with the excited 23 attendees to answer any and all questions. There were models, props, styled shoots, long table lunches catered by astounding chefs….it was amazing.

We were showcasing all of our products, but the foiling was the sneaky lead. Kate made personalise gift boxes for all attendees, and for the speakers, a support system loaded with Berocca, gin, Haighs chocolates and other clever vices.

My job was to explain our products and support system, and be there to help make the event smooth for the team. I had such a great time.
