How we handle shipping
The last and most important part of your order is shipping it to you from us. Because if it's not carefully packed at this point then it can be damaged in transit and all our work is wasted! We pack using a variety of materials to protect your prints.
Express shipping for Australia and NZ
We express ship anything classed as a small or medium parcel. Large parcels are sent regular post unless specified. Anything over 1 metre cannot be shipped via Australia post and shipping cost will need to be quoted.
You will receive a tracking email from Australia Post with all Express and Standard post deliveries. You can select delivery options via this email.
International shipping
Why is international shipping so expensive?!?! We wish we knew. We are told it's an infrastructure thing and getting things out of Australia just costs a fortune. We try very hard to keep shipping costs to a minimum. What we DO NOT want to do is have "Free shipping" which just means we up the price of everything to cover the shipping cost. We keep it open and honest and you can see what you're paying for. We regularly check on our supplier and any price reductions we can get we pass on to you.
Drop Ship direct to client
We can ship direct to your client any of our products. When we do we use plain white packaging and we have no identifying materials, addresses or invoices etc. The image below is an example of how your clients will receive prints. Simple white boxes.
Drop ship Personalisation
Before we ship direct to your client we can add special items for you. Some clients like to add business cards or little gifts, some like to add special stickers or wrapping. You can also add your own wax colour and wax stamp if you want us to add that to your packaging options.
You can add this in Roes for $5.50 per shipment once we’ve set it up.

Small Express $16.50
Any quantity of prints and accessories only.
Medium Express $30
Albums - 8 x 12” and smaller
Frames & Mounted Packages - up to 11 x 14”
Large Regular $44
Albums - 10 x 10” and over
Frames & Mounted Packages - over 11 x 14”, under 60 x 90cm
Large Express $55
Albums - 10 x 10” and over
Frames & Mounted Packages - over 11 x 14”, under 60 x 90cm
Extra large (over 1 metre) Subject to quote.
Packages larger than 1 metre cannot be sent via Australia Post. These will need to be quoted to send via courier. Must be to a home address not a PO Box.
N/A for NZ clients.
International shipping rates
We use fully tracked EXPRESS Australia Post for our international shipping. Shipping takes usually between 3-10 business days, but due to COVID estimated delivery times are between 7-15 business days. Pricing is in Australian Dollars.
Once parcels have left Australia they can be tracked via your local postal service using the tracking number provided.
