How does Welcome Pack Credit work?

When you order our Welcome Pack samples, whatever you spend you’ll get in credit to use on your next order.
Long
We offer samples of our materials to our customers have a better idea of what our products are made of when ordering online. When ordering a Paper Sample Pack, Frame samples or Album Chip samples, we will credit the amount you’ve paid to your customer account to use on your next order.
When ordering an Album Cover Sampler, we will credit $150 to your customer account.
Why do I have to pay for the samples if they are getting credited anyway?
Our products are handmade and a lot of time and effort goes into making everything we do - including our samples. Think of it as an investment for your business - invest now and be rewarded later.
When will my customer credit be applied?
Your customer credit from your sample orders is applied to your account when your Welcome Pack order is processed You will receive a Credit Note by email. Your credit is now available for you to use. Please select ‘Use Customer Credit’ as the payment type for your next order, and we will contact you if there is any remaining balance.
