How do I know how much customer credit I have?

You may have customer credit for numerous reasons - welcome pack credit, accidentally overpaying for an order or postage credit. But how much?

Unfortunately there is no way in Roes to keep track of your customer credit. It’s all contained in our back end software.

To find out how much customer credit you have available, please just email our Customer Service team at info@atkins.com.au

If you select “Use Customer Credit” as your payment type and you don’t have enough credit to cover your order, you’ll receive an email from the Order Processing team to let you know the remaining balance and your payment options.
