Why can't I upload a photo into ROES?

Short

Are you using JPG files? If yes, you may need to update ROES.

 

Long

Firstly, are you uploading JPG files?
Do you have any spyware installed? (Eg Norton?) Make sure all your permissions are on for these programs.
Do you have the latest version of Java Script installed?

If the answer to these questions is yes, please try the Diagnostics tool on the bottom right hand corner of the home page - then hit clear cache button. This ensures the software is the latest version (we recommend doing this every month or so for future orders).
