I have multiple items on my order, how do I know which shipping charge to select?
Short
When selecting your shipping charge, go by the largest item on your order.
Long
When selecting shipping in Roes, choose the size that correlates with the largest item on your order. Roes contains detailed information about which products relate to which charge - please read carefully. As a general rule, any products over 8” x 12” will be Large. Any Albums or Frames under this size are Medium. Prints and Accessories (including boxes and packaging) are classed as Small.
We cannot ship Frames over 1 metre length - we will provide a courier quote. Please keep in mind that the finished size of a frame is larger than the print size you select on Roes. We do not ship anything over 1 metre internationally.
10 x 10” albums are classed as Large not Medium due to the way they are packed for shipping.
If you wish to send directly to your client, please select the Dropship option - this will allow you to fill in a delivery address.
