How do I find out the expected ship out/collection date?

Our predicted ready date is on the Tax Invoice we send you once your order is processed. Your ready date is the date your order will be ready in the lab. Our Order Processing team calculates expected ready/collection dates based on the product in your order with the longest turnaround time, taking into account weekends and public holidays.
Please allow 1-2 days after this date for your order to be shipped. We will always endeavour to let you know if your order will not be ready on the advised date. We cannot guarantee delivery times. You can find up to date Australia Post expected delivery timeframes here.
