How do I change my password?

Read the instructions before clicking on the log out button
Click on this text: Log out
Press on Pro HQ
Under the “ - Atkins Pro Only - This page … , etc.” on the page press on the text that reads “Sign In”
A box should pop up on your screen that is titled “Join Atkins Pro” at the bottom of that box in bold text press on Forgot Password?
In the space provided type in your email address
Press the text underneath in the black box that reads “Send Reset Link”
Go to the inbox for the email you entered and find the email titled “Atkins Lab: Reset Password Request”
Press on the black box that reads “Reset password” this will take you back to a web browser (e.g. Safari, Google Chrome, etc.)
Enter your new password
