Do you offer combined shipping for multiple orders?

Short

While we can ship all the products together on one order, we are unable to combine shipping for multiple orders.

 

Long

We are unfortunately unable to offer combined shipping of multiple orders, but we do hope to offer this in the future.

At the moment, our orders are all manually processed. Because of the nature of our workflow, the manual handling it takes to find orders within that workflow, the lack of storage space for holding orders and the additional time it takes to collate orders, it is just not possible for us to offer this service. We encourage you to place large, minimal orders so as to save on shipping fees.

Using Dropship is a great way of getting around this issue - utilise our Dropship Personalisation service if you need, and we will package your prints and other products beautifully and send them directly.

If you place an order and forget one or 2 images, that’s fine - as long as your orders are placed within 1 hour of each other and they are for the same product. Select Pick Up for these orders and write in the Order Instructions that they are in addition to your last order.

Once we have a Standard Operating Procedure in place for combined shipping, we will let you know straight away!
