How long do things take to make?
Short
Turnaround times vary from product to product. You can view turnaround times on ROES using the blue Information button at the top of every product list.
Long
Each product has a different turnaround time. See our turnaround times here. If you have multiple products on your order, your due date will be based on the product with the longest turnaround time.
Once your order has been fully paid for and processed, you will receive an invoice with your expected ready date. Ready date is ready in lab, not the delivery date.
Turnaround times (working days)
Your turnaround time is calculated from the day after order processing and is service time in lab.
No shipping on Fridays.
Your ready date may not be your shipping date. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Albums require pre-flighting before going into Production. Our team will contact you if there are any problems with your spreads or files. This may extend the turnaround time.
