All my files are greyed out when I tried to upload to ROES, what is happening ?
Short
When using the ‘Add Images’ button on ROES it requires you to select an entire folder, so files will be greyed out and folders will be selectable.
Long
There are three ways to load photos into ROES
‘Add Images’ button, you can upload a whole folder.
You can open your finder/file explorer, locate and select your files then simple drag and drop them into the image bar on the bottom on ROES
You can also drag and drop single images into the product itself as long as you have it open on ROES
