My ROES is not working well, how can I fix this?

Sometimes ROES can misbehave. It just needs an refresh which can be done in a few clicks.
Long
ROES is a bit of an older program, and when we put lots of high res photos in it, the back end can get a little clogged up. The can lead to various glitches that you may be currently experiencing. The good news is that these glitches are very consistent and can be avoided by following the step below.
Please find the diagnostics tool on the bottom right hand corner of the home page - then hit clear cache button. This ensures the software is the latest version and cleans up any excess data (I recommend doing this every month or so for future orders).
