Atkins Lifetime Guarantee

We hand make our products at our Kent Town workshop to the highest commercial standards using products intended to last 100 years or more. We pay for the best quality materials and therefore rely on the suppliers of our materials to provide a base for our craftspeople to build our products for you. We have been in business for over 85 years and so when we say we give a lifetime guarantee on products we actually can stand by that.

There will be variations in materials and finishes, but they will be minor and fall within our definition of Atkins quality. We will happily address any quality concerns you may have, please raise any issues as soon when you receive them and inspect what we have made for you. If you have any doubts reach out.
